This was a great interview with so much amazing information :)
Thank you Jonathan, Talkative Tri and everyone at GGG behind the scenes for making this happen!
Let's work together to make this world a better place :)

Poe2 is good, some things I like, some things I don't like, more things I like, but until the game has an auction house/some form of offline trading without having to meet the player it's shit for me and you can add a million cool things to the game, you can do a million interviews but this (AH) is the thing the game definitely needs for me.
I 100% agree!

When he talks about the auto-targeting the actual system isn't really what the problem is and to be honest even after hearing him talk about it I'm not sure I really understand it, but the problem is with channeling like skills. When shooting a crossbow continuously it will just stay locked onto one singular thing it doesn't matter if you move your character or your cursor. I think it would feel a lot better if we could just free aim while using these skills instead of being forced to spam click them.

Don't hate you but I'm curious. "Rational thinking" that's I'm talking about. If you like this game so much, why other players feedback, other messages so bother you? Here, on poe forum no one cares about "software-developer" opinion here, because it's not like game dev conference, it's a forum for players. I mean, I could ask like a lot of questions about how GGG developing process works: how they are prioritize bugfixes and new features, is there any retrospectives, how long is onboarding process, how the QA process works, but who cares?
The only thing I care are developers hearing the feedback or not and so, they do, Jonathan answer questions people would like* to hear, nice beginning.
How do you not get it, after enough times being explained: Not a single person is bothered if it is legitimate feedback. But this forum is full of unconstructive, i-have-payed-for-this-game-and-therefore-i-want-that entitlement, absolute hate for GGG, complaining about the pace of updates, about ONLY-ONE-BUILD (which is still not true, even explained in the podcast). Not to mention the countless people complaining about poe1 updates on a poe2 forum, not understanding it's the same people working on 2 games, hence the slow pace.
And yes, this has something to do with software-development, because these people don't understand the utter complexity of software-development, and that throwing more people on a problem/feature doesn't magically finish it faster.
You yourself have said many people want poe2 to be poe1+.

But this forum is full of unconstructive
I mean peoples on forum are directly pointing into the problems the game has as a game in the EA, regarding crafting system, regarding bugs with atlas, regarding item drops and other stuff but you call all this feedback unconstructive because "it's EA".
Towers are bad, LS is the only one skills which really affect the trade league, there is were nerfs with no midleague buffs. I mean, sorry I really trying but I couldn't understand what's in your opinion is constructive feedback. It should be like: "Towers are bad, because firstly you need to find 2-3+ towers wich are overlapping each area with good layouts inside, complete 15 maps to load the towers with tables and that's only to farm 4-5 maps inside"? That's kind of feedback is constructive or it's still not because the game in EA? I'm really try to understand your view, might you help with it?

There's literally no point in having a discussion with you since you're putting words in mouths and twisting everything.

No answers as always :(.
Then, could you do not quote me anymore in any threads? I would be very thankful to not see any notifications that I was quoted by you. Best regards

I agree to your agreeing! Enough of this going to a website BS to trade. That's even more difficult to do for console players and down right dumb. AH needs to happen.

Interview was alright but why does Tri randomly emote like a video game NPC the second people start answering his questions, before he even knows what the full answer is?

You are the one whining the most here, I will tell you a secret - whining on whining is also whining. People write posts, following the rules (otherwise they are deleted), but then you come out and start teaching people what to write, how to write, how to think and what to think about the game, you try to hammer your "truth" into them. We will figure out what and how to write and think without you, there is no need to teach adults about life - we will figure it out without you.
