Decided to come back 3/4 weeks after connection problems started.

The same problems with EU servers still exist.
It's not DDoS, it's problems with the logic of the network infrastructure of this particular game.

Then Why I do nto get ANY problem in south america servers? If it was logic it would be spread equally all over.

exactly the same issue here. frankfurt server is completely unplayable for me. i found a server called milan which way better than any other servers. i only play on that server, there are still lag spikes rarely tho it's not annoying, maybe like 1 time in a hour or something. i recommend you to test every single server you can connect and under 100ping, and find the best one for yourself. i also have 1gbit net and this specific thing does not happen in any other game. also this happens on poe1 as well but lesser extent.
