I solved the problem.
Remove file: poe2_production_Config.ini in directory c:\user\<user>\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile 2 |

Switching from fullscreen borderless to fullscreen helped me
I also disabled poe overlay |

This worked for me. No more crashing and the performance is way better. POE2 set the settings for itself, and whatever NIS is, using native res, no more issues.
