Radiant Grief does not ignite, only hits enemies with fire/flammability

Ohh wow I had the same issue... here I am thinking that enemies in my presence are IGNITED with effectively a super low damaging ailment but instead they get flamability stacks.

Change the wording on the item or change the interaction back to how it was.

It doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things but I'm kinda disappointed my cleverness and reading didn't pay off this time.
