No citadel spawning

I'm having the same issue. I'm level 95 with about 100-200 maps done. Haven't seen a citadel or a beam anywhere

I have the same bug, no citadels spawning for me. Please fix this.

Level 94 now, no boosting, all from my maps. No citadels yet either.

Level 96 and 40% - no beams and or citadels found. Had no issues finding them on 0.1 or 0.2.

after lvl 93 i finally fond 5 citadels in 1 tower range. I think its bugged, but now it seems resolved i see citadels everywhere covered by clouds.

Same. 90 lvl. But i heard a rumor that citadel won't spawn, until u visit burning monolith.

I've done arbiter twice and did not realize that I hadn't done a citadel with 6 mods (because there's no way to know which of the points you already have or still need), blew ~500ex on grand projects hopping from tower to tower hoping for beams in the fog. (Level 96)

Ain't shit out there so far but I guess I'll keep going since it's the only thing left to do. I look forward to a GGG employee popping in to tell me I'm oh so close but they're still out of sight

Did you guys click the mysterious obelisk in burning monolith? After that you are rewarded with quest that tell you to find three fragments from citadels.
