Hammer of Kamasa does not drop from Act 3 The Molten Vault Boss

tried it multiple times today, they bug still exists, the hammer is not dropping

Same for me my 2nd car no hammer.

Same for me, 2nd char and no drop, i was also forced out of the area with the molten steel, so maybe the hammer is dropped out of reach?

Same! Completed it on my first character. Now I'm trying to run endgame content on my new character with 4 missing passive Skill Points. Now I just need to track down where I missed the other 2 while I'm sitting here in Bug purgatory:(

Same here over a couple of days. Resetting doesn’t help either.
