Same issue for me

9/24/2025 noon Oclock. Killed Mektul, The Forgemaster twice after instance reset and the hammer did not drop. I got the Pick up the Hammer of Kamasa in Quests log. BUT no hammer to pick up.

I have got it to drop on my other characters but my warrior i cant get it to drop im almost thinking I'm killing him to fast. He is dead roughly half way down the channel or less. May try and toy with him till almost at the drop off see if that does anything.

Tried Molten Vault 3 times on 2 different characters I am leveling and it will not drop.

Please fix this.
