Hello GGG Support Team,

I am currently playing Path of Exile 2 and have encountered a game-blocking issue with the Hammer of Kamasa quest item in Act 3’s Molten Vault.

After defeating Mektul, the Forgemaster (Utzaal), the Hammer of Kamasa does not appear in the arena. I have confirmed that my loot filter is disabled and item labels are turned on. I also tried resetting the instance (CTRL-click waypoint) and running the fight again, but the hammer still does not drop.

This issue prevents me from progressing the main quest line. I’ve seen multiple reports on the official forums and Reddit about the same bug, so I wanted to submit my case directly:

Character Name: NojoyINF

Platform:PC

League: Third Edict / Standard

Approximate Time of Encounter: 5:30PM EST

Steps Taken: Disabled loot filter, toggled item labels, reset instance, re-ran fight.

Could you please confirm if there is a workaround or if this requires a patch/hotfix? I would appreciate any assistance, as I cannot move forward in the story without this quest item.

No Hammer drop today, tried multiple times. I have ran this quest with 3 alts this season without the issue.
