Same. Beat him 3 times in a row with no drop.

Still happening on 26.09.2025.
I thought I killed him too quickly. I then repeated it 2 times with new instances. On the last try I killed him close to the edge to be sure. Still no drop.... Please fix this. |

This quest unlocks the reforging bench so if it is done on another character then it's not going to drop again for you. GGG needs to disable the quest once it's unlocked to stop the confusion.
