Same here: Worked on my Xbow Merc: failed 3x in a row on my Chaos Witch. Sounds like the game is either bugging the encounter if the Forgemaster is killed by a Minion or perhaps Chaos damage?

Having the same issue, even brought a friend in on my third clear to see if them killing forgemaster would help. no go ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Same here, no drop on my alt character. Now I'm stuck with the other quest item in my inventory too. What a bummer.

I'm having the same issue. No loot filter, restarted the instance, and restarted the client. No luck. Why doesn't this early access game have a bug reporter in game?
