I absolutely hate these slowing effects.

The Ground. Being. 80% Ice patch and 20% ground. I clear most maps in 7-8 minutes, not a speed build by far but I'm also not taking a break after each pack of mobs. I clear expeditions and rituals if they are there, I do breach if it is there. I even wait around for strongboxes, and through all of that the silver charm 100% removes all effect of chilled ground. As long as you are actively clearing the map and not sitting around NOT killing, the charm never runs out. |

Unless you care too much about MS you can just swap to Wanderlust for perma immunity vs both Temporal Chains and Chilled Ground, easy to socket them to 30% MS.
Or just run 2x Silver Charm. |

Depending on your build, you can also instil "Crystalline Immunities" into your amulet. If you have mostly blue support gems in your build, you gain immunity to chill.
It's not cheap, and obviously not every build can utilize it, but it's there. PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.
