Under the circumstances, I'm giving bonus points for misuse of the semicolon. "If you're talking about precursors being more powerful" is not a complete sentence.

Jonathan in the video literally said it only affects lower tier maps to get new characters into end game easier and safer. T15 did not affect by these changes.

That is the change where there will be 30% less monsters on all maps. Which they did explicitly state is only in lower map tiers.

There is another change, where "maps with very open layouts will have slightly less mob density". That is the change I am talking about, and they do not say it is exclusive, rather they imply it is across all tiers.

I have updated the original post to hopefully confuse people less.

I dunno why you guys are turning it into "an argument". I am just clarifying what I am talking about. There were 2 separate changes.

If the change to open layouts is also specifically only in early tiers that would be great news, but I think you guys are just talking about the change to early tiers.
