Path of Exile: Keepers of The Flame - Bloodline Ascendancy Classes

hello GGG , this is not poe 2 , we dnt want trade offs .
hello GGG , even affliction had better sets
hello GGG , you put too much work into these , why make them feel useless
hello GGG , why are you killing the league hype early
hello GGG , you already doing a breach 2.0 minimium effor , dnt kick its nuts
hello GGG , plz separate teams working on poe 2 from poe 1 developers
hello GGG , you could shaken the meta instead wasting time on these, OMG
hello GGG , why why why , i have tons of why to say but it is what it is ...

well at least your finally giving some qol adjustments , i hope chris wilson dnt see that . wink wink
When i saw the bloodlines feature, i thought, wow thats really nice, i could do some content i dont quite like just to kill the boss to get a powerup for my build. But after seeing them, no...just no, they are sooo bad it's not worth it. I think even if they were free, many builds wont take them because of the downsides, or just take the 2,3 small nodes without the notables.

Lets hope the Grafts are not that disapointing, because, between the patch notes and the bloodlines, this league looks like just a breach redesign.

The only thing good atm is the new unique modifiers that could open some new cool interactions.
It's too weak and has little practical significance. It's not worth two talent quantities at all
Ok, lots of hate and instant flaming here.

Let's pause and think for a sec.

They aren't supposed to replace your BEST points. Or powercreep regular trees. They are core feature of the game, they're not a league machanic. They are there to stay.

These are alternatives to replace the WORST notables on your ascendancies.

If your ascendancy is good - ignore these even existing. Put all 8 points into your main class.

But if you're playing a giga strong ascendancy that gets all you need in 4 or 6 pts, and remaining labs are "meh, nothing else to pick"? Now you have alternatives. Notice how none of these are 4-pointers. All are just 2-pters. So you have like 30 options to choose from to replace your shittiest notable. I don't think that's a bad deal.
Can you change one of the minion bloodline so that they include some totem or ballista points?
1-Too niche. Too conditional. Too many downsides
most builds cannot use those and are Objectively worse that normal ascendancies

2-Please don't use POE2 downsides here too we don't even like them in poe2

3-IDK if u have time to change them but less that 1% will lose ascendancy points to choose them, they will be the least used feature if introduced as is
Remove (One attempt only mechanics) in this game full of lag spikes, one shots and random disconnects.

2FA and register phone number PLEASE!
This is so incredibly disappointing and disheartening. You said you were giving us bloodlines because all builds use between 1 and 3 notables from the ascendency since the rest aren't helpful or barely do anything for the build and bloodlines were meant to be an alternative for those last ascendency points that have basically no use.

What you have given us GGG is so far 9 bloodlines which the overwhelming majority of the builds have no use for whatsoever, not even in the slightest. Only some niche cases get something from bloodlines, sometimes even very powerful in those specific cases but almost no one is actually benefiting from this which is the opposite of what you promised us during the 3.27 reveal stream.

I will say it again, these were Mark's words. "Every Ascendency only has a use for 1 to 3 notables in every build and bloodlines will now give you options to use those points." It's not an option if it doesn't gives people something useful.

You needed to have put more thought into the bloodlines and make sure they all benefited some sort of build or play style and also not come with downsides so large that there isn't even a point in considering taking it.
"The heavens burned
The stars cried out
And under the ashes of infinity
Hope, scarred and bleeding breathed it's last."
Can you guys remake the system to work like charms did back in affliction league, CHARMS were super fun and super customizable and you can mix and match different ascendancies at 50% or so power through charms, can you please consider making this system for bloodlines where maybe you can even tune down some of them but make them itemized and you can mix and match different kinds of bloodlines even if it is weaker versions.
Why are the POE 2 devs working on poe? The downside of the new asendancies is giving up already very powerful points, and now every new one has some big stupid downside as well? Like half the points are damn near useless for 99.99% of the builds, it is really unfortunate. I'm surprised a reduced attackspeed node wasn't slipped in as well.

And because they're not league content, a lot of the worst ones that no one takes will probably be buff candidates for next league too.

I agree with the complaints that some of these have horrible downsides that we do not want. But I don't agree that these are all underwhelmingly weak. I'm usually pretty quick to criticize GGG for missing the mark, but people are insanely off the mark this time around.
