Cannot go through Control Blocks in Act 5 --- Quest: The Key to Freedom.

I killed Justicar Casticus many times, thus i'm really sure to sent a ticket. Cuz i can't get through to next instance.

As well noticable.... when it happened i saw a mob that was not hittable en kept wandering around.

So im really Stuck; help please :)

thanks for your reply; your arrows shows the final point which i cannot reach from The Control Blocks, neither from waypoint because i was not there yet.

How to go through the blocks; it's obviously a bug.

If you are in the Control Blocks, you need to find the exit to Oriath Square, which can take some time until you are familiar with the layout. Head to the North East, but do bear in mind that there are some dead ends and it is not a straight route.

Do NOT send a support ticket or email Support as they are unable to help with gameplay issues.

Edit: Have you actually been up the ladder yet to the NPC area?

I tried that many times in the mean time. I see the go through situation in the very end; indeed the north east. But it keeps blocked while i finished the quest for sure. The NPC also shows i did it, next to all the other storeys.

So I keep getting stuck there.

Also i thought maybe the bug is gone after the very recent patch; it didn't.

I killed the monster mob, the quest log said i did it and still there is the blockade as it was before. (The Key to Freedom)

And i'm abso not the best but yes im an experienced player and have also been there more often.
