Cannot go through Control Blocks in Act 5 --- Quest: The Key to Freedom.

I see so you have the quest completion, but have never made it into ruined court yard (Oriath square).

Do you know if you picked up eyes of zeal? I have had something like this before, and think it was that I did not pick up the eyes, which blocks the exit to the courtyard, because you need them later on.

The boss of The Key to Freedom, Justicar Casticus, drops Eyes of Zeal. The quest item is a key to open the doors to The Templar Courts in the Oriath Square.

If you have not gone through the square yet, you would not of used the eyes, so you should either have them or have not picked them up (or they are not dropping).

My understanding is death to purity quest involves defeating Innocence, so I don't know how you would of completed this quest if you have never made it out of control blocks.

Here is someone going through death to purity, after leaving control blocks (Looks like they are playing on controller, but looks basically the same as PC). They show quest log at 1:08. The incomplete quest they have for death to purity, is the one second from the right, that looks like a helmet. You're saying you have this showing as completed? When completed the quest will read "Quest complete - You have slain high templar Avarius, the source of the templar's power. Lani has rewarded you." I do not think it is possible to complete this without ever leaving control blocks.

Here's someone doing the whole act up to Innocence. At 40:00 the beat justicar, pick up eyes, and can go though the exit to the courtyard (Again, console but same thing). My understanding is this is where you are stuck, and are being prevented from continuing, possible because you don't have the eyes. Are you running any sort of loot filter? Ruthless loot filters are restricted in what they can do, but maybe they are not showing for some reason. At 44:30, they show the quest log, entering Oriath square with Death to Purity quest still in progress.

I think this is all general quest progression, so should be no different in ruthless.

I have no waypoint to the Chamber of Innocence; simply because I'm not able to leave The Control Blocks. I can come into Overseer's Tower and thus finished The Slave Pens fully.

From there I have only 1 waypoint; The Slave Pens.
And also one direct exit; The Control Blocks.
There I get stuck in de very end.
I was there many times and had never problems to go to the next instance.
I checked everything.

Quests finished fully;
Return to Oriath.
The Key to Freedom.
Death to Purity.
In Service to Science.

Quests open;
The Lord's Labyrinth (Solved and may acces....)
The Ravenous God
The King's Feast.
Kitava's Torments.

I cannot say this more simple; to me this really is a bug. Thanks for reading and helping.

Suggest you link them your quest log and waypoint progress information, and this thread if you want it resolved. After ruling out that you have not been blocked from not pick up the quest item and confirmed you have completed the death to purity quest without having left control blocks.

We al pick up things many times; sorry I do not know about that single drop.

If, imagine I did not see, find or picked it up, then prolly I should have seen it anywere cuz I did Act 5 again and again.

It drops off justiciar as a quest item, as in the video I showed. Check under loot filter after killing him by pressing alt, incase it is hidden for some reason. So if it is not dropping off him, and not in your inventory, include that in your bug report. Also mention ruthless, as it may be important.

Below are some further threads of the common problem of getting stuck in control blocks that Seaman is helping players with. So I would also include that you do not have that waypoint (Chamber of innocence) circled in the post, to save time, if it is not this common mistake you are encountering, that players sometimes make.
