I figured you'd delete all the movement speed penalty reduction stuff, glad you didn't hard for me to play the game without them |

Removing the elite monster markers is a great change, but you've significantly shrunk the originally very large combat arenas in the Atlas and made the edges of these areas overly uniform, which isn’t good. Smaller arenas mean you barely start a fight before you have to pause and rush to the next one, leaving no time to appreciate the many beautifully designed scenes. The neat, uniform edges also remind players that their characters are moving on a simulated sandbox rather than truly adventuring. It urgently need the natural and irregular edges from the older version to enhance environmental authenticity.
Additionally, you mentioned needing changes to the Tower, but it still hasn’t fulfilled its potential. The heavy fog, which was crucial for creating a mysterious atmosphere, was unfortunately removed. Not only should the fog be brought back, but I also hope you can add weather effects like snowfall and heavy rain. Abnormal weather should coincide with more mysterious monsters appearing! Path of Exile 2 started with a solid design foundation, and there's no need to repeatedly fight the same bosses in every map. Why not introduce a hard mode that retains the original design while reducing resource availability and increasing difficulty? I'm really looking forward to what you initially promised: Path of Exile 2 will be a more action-focused game, clearly distinct from the first installment. |

Rue and Cat are a pain in the ***

I don't see any improvements in the game, the endgame is still terrible, and for every step forward, there are two steps back. Another patch I don't even plan to play.

" One dimensional thinking, classic. If I play for 2 weeks and have the best time, then stop, is the game bad? No. You leaning on player retention rates, just focus on yourself and your own experience. Stop being a dooming Redditor. It’s not all about if everyone players for 6 months straight or no. We’ve had Poe 1 and poe2 back-to-back for a while now, and I love the game, both games, but I’m a bit burnt out. Even with content that I love. |
