Toxic Growth: Now has Limit 12 Pustules (previously 8). Now fires 4 Pustules (previously 8). Now has 100% of base Attack Speed (previously 80%).

Quality:
Fires +(0—2) Pustules
Limit (0—2) Pustules

With 20% quality and +1 additional projectile, you need to use skill once for 12 pustules and one additional time for 2 pustules. It's better to use the skill once and then detonate pustules immediately.
With 20% quality and +0 additional projectiles, you need to use skill twice for 12 pustules and one additional time for 2 pustules. It's still better to just use the skill twice and then detonate.

There's no point in having +2 to the Pustule Limit if you aren't using 2 additional projectiles and investing in 2 additional projectiles for only ~17% more damage isn't worthwhile (especially after the latest changes to additional projectiles and runes limit).

They only nerfed the cd of the tar grenade. If I am understanding it correctly that thing did nothing other than light your whole screen on fire anyway, so it should be much better visual clarity with vaal guards still performing as they did before.

Maybe you are right. The start of the statement mentions both oil and grenades but the end of the statement just mentions the oil so it's sort of worded weird. Also, not sure how much of the dmg was caused by the oil being ignited versus the explosions.
Horrible change to Rhoa, nerfing the "fast" class instead of making everything else just better is amazing.

And for the ones who keep complaining about the Rhoa and why Bows and Spear get to be fast, maybe, just maybe everything else is bad?

Sooo...they made it so you need spirit on amu and chest for Rhoa? Or maybe some lucky corruptions? Glad I had already decided no Ranger at all this season, if I play at all.

Removal of the casual player's ability to have any fun is a great way to constantly beat down that player #. Dunno why crafting should be reserved for the 0.1% who are making a living playing this game on stream 12 hours a day and/or those who RMT.

Stop sucking the fun completely out of your game.

Yeah, it doesn't look good...

We're still waiting for this: "Buffed Summon Spectre variants of certain monsters in each Act and their Endgame variants. Further details on which monsters have been adjusted will be posted separately prior to release."

But from my point of view, we'll get nothing, as usual, for the simple reason that nothing has been done, I think.
Generally, when you have good news, you rush to share it. (especially when you're selling a product).

They're probably doing random stuff right now as we speak.

I doubt anyone is reading these but one more try at pointing out that quality on the Comet gem doesn't function. I keep hoping to see that fixed in the patch notes updates...
