Locking a large portion of map juicing behind Arbiter
" Being able to do T15s is nowhere near enough prep for Arbiter. His mechanics are infuriating. I can do T15s with ease and Arbiter took me like 3-4 hours straight to complete, and I barely did it. It's frankly a really terrible fight with all of the stupid one shot beam attacks that half the time overlap with some other thing that's going to one shot you and you have no ability to deal with it. As always, the easiest way is to just have enough DPS that you don't have to actually do any of the mechanics. It's 10x easier that way. In general, pretty poorly designed. |

Oh I didn't know that you can just buy the keys. That makes it a lot less annoying. Thought you had to find the 3 bosses first on the world map.
Though like some others said. It's weird to have to fight a superboss first, just so we can have a bunch more rare mobs and increased rarity in our maps. I guess nobody would complain if the Arbiter fight was more like T4 Xesht. No weird one shot mechanics. I'd rather fight T4 Xesht than T1 Arbiter. " What are you even bothering commenting when all you keep saying is "you are playing the game wrong", etc. Nobody cares. Just because you want to grind 20 maps of each tier doesn't mean everyone else has to. We will play the game however we want. That's the beauty of POE. Player choice. |

" I agree. The game is very explicitly and purposefully designed around trade. Also, the game is fun when you're actually in danger of dying. If I could clear T12s but I'm stuck at T1 - T5 for 60 maps I'd probably just quit the game entirely. Don't get me wrong if they did something like the Circle of Fortune from Last Epoch in SSF mode I'd probably never play trade league again, but as it is SSF is just a self imposed punishment for people with massive amounts of time and encyclopedic knowledge of the game - neither of which I have. |
