Well it makes sense to not include them. Those are all temporary buffs which might not be up when you need it.


Scavenged is up 100%
Charge regulation is up 100%
Banners are up 100%
Hit recently is up 100%
If you’ve hit recently is up 100%
Rage is up 100%

So no, unless you are running through empty space you always have these buffs

And bosses this is next to impossible to not have all of these mechanics up



When you walk into a boss room (like one of the monkey variations) and get hit by the red slam, how many of these are up? That's the kind of stuff that kills most players.
Stop compare Armour with ES. There are two different things. ES is basically Life points with a bonus to count as double by non chaos damage.
Armour is defensive element that reduce spesific damage type.

Armour needs Life to work well. Armour with 1,5-2k Life can't do miracles.

True that's why game ended up with 80% ES builds.
ES builds are OP builds.

I had put made to last/ heavy armour / iron reflex, gone to take relentless and still took hide of the beer. With that and focusing on HP and defense on my gear i still keep dying in middle of the pack. Melee suck and armmor make it even worst.

Where my witch have invested far more defensive point, have gear focused on damage and have like 15k shield and can tank most of them time i get knocked while sprinting.

I also tryed to make a regen build that doesnt have mana and regen to life apply to ES to still be in the range of my class node but even if its better without end game gear it suck (playing SSF so not shortcut by "byuing" the whole character setup wich kill the point of the game), cause you have like 2k hp and 1K es and it's far from enough to not die.

Bro...ES is a feature from another planet. Don't compare it with earthly Armour.
while the bosses do it differently, usually there is a big bonk involved at some point.

maybe throw in some damage-over-time, or rapid strikes and crowd control, or sharks with laser beams on their head, or...

If theres any other "one shots" you want me to stand in with whatever mods. Let me know. I stand in pretty much everything the forum has complained about though and survive.

Cant be added chaos on a map is all. Rest is fair game.


This is all +4 as a boss tree as well. Obviously. Empowered and irradiated maps.
