Dunno if a bug, or what. Got this ilvl 10 (yeah, itemlevel=10) ring from a tomb in delve. It was after killing an Aul at 397, so the zone is lvl 83...

A preview for Blight League!

Made the mistake of leaving Ms. TB for last in a Vaal Temple map with nasty mods, but it was worth it.
