" lets NOT talk crap and LIES back!Posting Fake Results ONLY compromise the devs taking a serious look into the Actuall problem arisen with changes Just spining in place will make u dead with only 2 linked support due to faster reactivation/travel time I WILL make a damn VIDEO NOW Less spinning time=more mana to activate=2linked gems (77 mana) = suicide skill stops spiing at every little existant or non existant obstacle mob sitting by the wall in docks prevents you from spining he can shoot you to death and u cant touch him! " I think the currency system is robust and well designed enough to withstand one person making about 1.5x the rate of currency per hour as someone who is leveling and just incidentally getting currency. |

Cyclone: I think 45 damage and LESS mana cost would of been better, Don't like the new spin distance. trying to get use to it, but had NO problem with the old way.
Is minic a gheibhean beal oscailt diog dunta!

I feel the ground ice part of arctic armor is underwhelming.
It's very costly and doesn't last long enough to slow enemies. |

Have a feeling prices of orbs going to sky rocket soon

" How can you even compare these 2 "problems" as equal? Everyone know that desync is a problem but it may not be that easy to fix, if it had been.. wouldn't it be fixed already you think, or maybe GGG are just screwing us around?! This multiboxing thing is just simplier to fix. And the game was never intended to make ppl have more accounts than 1 just for cheating the game, yes, cheating the game is what it is. So I don't really see the point of ppl getting upset or whining about this at all? But I agree anyway about the desync, it's annoying as hell and needs to fixed eventually. Hopefully sooner than later and a /players command would be really interesting but I guess it need to be tested internal for a while and we will probably see a nerf to iiq/iir then or nerf on drops in general. It's the same as multiboxing now but imagine how much loot there will be for just 1 char. |

" Ahahahaha. Suck it, multibox-afker's. Reimur: even though you're wrong, why would you have faith in diamond supporters? you're talking about a group of people that are so autistic that they would spend 1000 dollars on pixels. we're almost the most idiotic group of people in this community. second to hardcore players. " Just because GGG does thing A, doesn't mean they can't be or aren't doing thing B. Does it make sense for them to withhold all improvements until they can roll out the major ones? Even if it did take some of their staff's efforts away, its still part of an effective overall strategy. You can't let your momentum stop because one issue has you stumped. That would be like if every single person with a mortgage or student loan or any debt, stopped buying toothpaste, soap, socks, and just ate Top Ramen noodles and water until their debt was completely paid. Let's take every single person who has ever played this game or posted in this forum (that doesn't work for GGG.) That time could have been spent making money, or helping bring about world peace or something more productive right? (<-- invisible sarcasm tag activated- saving Wraeclast is important!!!) Let's not forget a few things. The game is still Beta. Not pretend beta, but real, we are still building and making the game beta. GGG has opened the game for financial support because it will expand and accelerate game development in all aspects including bug fixing. As for the problems mentioned in your post, I agree those are real and need to be addressed. I am confidant GGG will address them and patch them as soon as they can. They aren't going to be holding back such patches. Game desync and crashes don't make players more likely to play, and they certainly aren't adding more players to POE by keeping the problems. So why aren't they fixed yet? I don't code myself, but I knew a family friend who did and after he retired, he paid for his annual vacations by taking some company's thousands and thousands of lines of code and boiling them down to a few bug free pages. He was able to do so because he could read what they were trying to do in C++ or whatever language and knew how to make it happen with assembly or machine code. Today's programmers are using tools built on tools built on tools. For example of a tool, built on a tool : Imagine using an IPhone as a hammer. Not a virtual hammer, but a real one to drive nails in. So your programmer writes an app that tells you whether the nail is going in straight. The beta tester tells you that the feedback on the nail going in straight or crooked is accurate but the hammering part isn't going so well. Now, your programmer is trying to write an app that makes the IPhone into a better hammer without changing the physical design of the IPhone. Let's use a couple concrete examples from POE: Desync issues with increased movement speed Knocking mobs into the walls with heavy strike, rendering them unhittable and losing out on loot. There are other games with the same issues from similar game mechanics. D2's problems with fast running speed, and the Charge bug come to mind. D3 had similar problems with rubberbanding and desync on some issues. You also mentioned: Summon Skele totem lag at initial cast I noticed the following in a different thread on ram disks: "Many of you have noticed that some effects like Summon Skeletons and Tempest Shield are not preloaded, so cause a notable freeze when you use them. We're working on a fix for this, but for those with plenty of Ram to spare, and not playing of an SSD, Shadowness' solution here should help you out. - Rory" So, GGG is working on these issues. They are also aware that POE is not the most efficient at using memory, and are trying to pin down the memory leaks as well as improve the way the game reclaims and cleans up memory which will solve all sorts of problems. Yeah - I completely get and agree with the frustration level on some of the bugs. I wish they were all fixed next week (or now) too. Be patient and GGG will fix these things. They actually care about the game they are making from top to bottom. In the meantime, we have to have patience and just try to F8/debug report whatever bugs we find that they aren't aware of so they can get those cleaned up as well. Hey does anyone know if the books can be put in the stash to be used by other characters? I know it says they aren't tradable, but storable isn't the same thing.
