as if the economy did not have enouhgh problems already, creating a choke point for a skill gem that everyone will want, will probably have limited supply.. and people will probably ask for exalts up the ying yang for it. And what's going to do? push more people to the pay for orbs method since most of the casual players dont play 14 hours a day 7 days a week to get the chances needed for things like this and that it's the only way for users of that casual caliber to get ahead...

really dis-appointed... the more this game is progressing, the less I feel inclined to play, and in turn spend..

i did not say this would break the economy... as far as I am concerned.. outside pay for orbs shops, and low exalt drop rates already ruined it for most

making Multistrike world drop:

People asked for like 7 gcp for chain at start, now they hope to sell it for 1. I guess most builds already worked without multistrike at the moment, its nothing you "need". I understand a lot of people want to check it out, this definitely includes myself. But if i'd fount one I'd be happy to sell it overpriced to someone who wants to have it RIGHT NOW!, don't know what you guys do, but i play POE, I have enough stuff to do already, i can wait for that multistrike thing ;P




true... my build works, and chain has dropped off in price... after like 3 months. The thing here, is that GGG have always stated that they wanted to stay away from a pay to win/play scenario. And this goes against that, because they seem powerless (not their fault/not surprised with the laws across so many countries), and for a lot of poeple the only way to get this within the next 3 ~ 4 weeks might me to succomb that stupid pay to get orbs. I've traded a lot in game, and recently, I am noticing more and more people trade with me... and just before doing the trade, they sign in with another account with weird names (gee I wonder what for). I actually sat this morning and looked at the prices and was tempted... then I just reminded myself that it would be a stupid dumbass move that would just worsen the issue.

please don't post about me QQing because the patch is not here yet... the gem might not do what UI want, maybe the drop rate will be acceptable, etc etc. My point stands, and I know I am not alone.

I supported this game, proudly, and got a lot of my friends involved... but they are all losing interest, fast.. and things like this dont help.

and for those who are eager to show me the door... fine i'll take it.. but eventually, you will be alone/so small, that the game will lose it's appeal. remember that.. don't push people away!
hm is multistrike a green or a red supportgem? would suck if i have to reroll the collors on my chest..^^

Wow, so much QQ its ridiculous.

Silverbranch nerf is purely to make it so that someone doesn't win a race bc he/she gets a silverbranch in twilight shard and just PAs his/her way to victory. They're not changing the current ones cuz hey, its one of the fastest ways to level, despite it being incredibly boring (I've leveled like 5 toons to 55+ this way).

The melee support gems will help out a lot depending on the penalties on them. Take melee splash for example. Lets say it ends up being a 30% damage reduction or something. Your heavy strike with life leech and splash will be giving you SIGNIFICANTLY more life leech, and therefore, survivability.

I don't think I recall ever seeing a gaming community with so many inane comments. Keep up the good work GGG.

Now I'm torn between which of the three new supports I'm looking forward to the most. Or which one to use, for that matter...
Will purchase another $20 if we could sort out the order character slots by ourselves :D

lol, i still dont understand how the characters are sorted by default..
Crap :( the only thing I don't like is moving the waypoints by the bandits. I found them extremely convenient so I could come back if I needed too. Otherwise all looks awesome! keep up the good work.

Nice, I don't really like the looks of the auras except for Vitality, Clarity and Purity, hope they look way better now (Haste aura looks really shitty). Now all that's left is to replace the charges (Frenzy, Endurance and Power) with swirlies like in MedianXL mod, that looked so sick. Laz, go tell GGG ;P

This too is a nice change. Now my Falcon-punching Marauder looks even more awesome than he already does :D

Elemental damage visual on-hit effects now only play for the highest damaging element of the hit (tiebreakers: chaos > fire > cold > lightning).

This is a bummer though. I like the visuals when my new characters hit enemies with Sadima's Touch. That nice little explosion of colours looks awesome.
