Name 2 complex builds that are actually playable.

For example, crossbows have some cool stuff where you need to set up "debuffs" and "conditionals" to deal more damage with your single target skill like "Shockburst Rounds".

Any build that utilises the second weapon set for other skills to support stuff or apply things like using a wand and curses.

Everything that uses "Frostwall" or "Earthshatter" as a set up to get specific proccs and so on.

YOU not wanting to play them is not equal to them not existing or not being viable.

Meme builds that take 10 minutes to clear a map are not viable in a game where currency inflates 10% a day. The game is designed around builds that clear maps in 60 seconds at most.
