I think that the base crit chance is fine. And lvl 30 melee splash would be too op.

If you think that 6.5% base crit is fine for a crit build, then you left me speechless.

I love unique items that makes you able to do something completely ... unique :)

For instance normally you cannot apply your leech to elemental damage. I would love a ring / armor / boots / whatever that made you able to leech from elemental damage.

another thought:
The rings that can contain gems. Could be fun to see a

- 40hp (or some energy shield for caster version)
- All Vaal gems (and remember you can only have 1 Vaal gem in this ring) in this item is supported by a lvl 15 increased projectile damage and lvl 15 faster projectile (for an archer / spectral throw version. Maybe other gems for a melee / caster version).
- another stat. Could be 1-30 cold damage or armor or whatever.

or gloves that made all your kills apply twice, so you would gain twice as many souls for vaal gems. Of course also a few other stats :)
