" This is exactly the camp i fall into. While i generally abhor labels however it doesn't stop people from using them to mask their own insecurities and prejudices. The reason i felt the need to post last night was because you are right, part of being a decent human being is being proud of who you are, not everyone is as open minded as you are (i only wish they were!). As someone that lives in a southern state with a large number of gay and lesbian friends I can sympathize with what the OP said. |

*Waves hand* Yo, long time CB member, and I approve. I don't agree with segregation, and know that some people can (and will), use this topic as a start to attack others, but meh :)
And yes, I am gay, mid 30's (damn, when the hell did that happen?) and have been playing video/computer games for almost 30 years now. |

I'm not gay myself, but my sister and a few other relatives are. Good luck man. Considering the quality of world chat has taking a major nose dive post open beta, I expect a lot of nasty people. Hopefully I'm proven wrong.

OP here, and I have to ask what's with all the good lucks, approves, and warnings? Don't treat this like a special case. All I intended was to catch any LGBTs' attention, and for anyone to greet each other.
Any possible hate comments didn't even occur to me, nor would I care because really,
