hi, did a test with the fury boots, frostblink, had to swap nimbleness for anointed flesh to have the +1 resists. did a t16 map and a simulacrum. in sim, dps was excellent, completed all 30 waves, on the map, had to get used to start moving with frostblink. it is not as bad as it sounds:)

Thank you!

I have noticed more people have been using Frost Blink over Flame Dash. I think I am going to give this a try as well in 3.18 to see if I like the feel.

Did you get a feel for whether you preferred the Stampede set up or the Fury setup? I was concerned that we could be in a movement skill cool down period and need to move and then be stuck in our vines.

The one thing I don't understand about Fury is that we don't do any Burning scaling in our build. How do we benefit from the boots?

The burning is negligible. We benefit from scorch if we get rid of leaderships price.
Thanks for testing, Brigetol.

If I recall, it can be a little annoying since to do ANY movement you have to flamedash/blink/whatever, like running in your hideout, but I just wanted to mention the possibility since stampede really adds nothing besides the movement protection.

Stampede does give an anointment which can be powerful. Losing Soul of Steel for example would hurt.

If the burning is negligible, does that mean we don't benefit from any explosions using Fury?

Does Scorch stack if we use Leaderships Price and Fury or do we only want to use one or the other?

Legacy of Fury itself does not give any explosions. what explosions are you referring to?

Scorch from the boots gives a flat -10% fire res as it is not originated from dealing fire damage. we can easily stack to 30 scorch with leadership's price, there is no point of using fury if we use the amulet.
Ah right, I forgot, that boots give mini scorches. That doesnt seem that great then. We are talking about what if brittle gets nerfed to the point of not worth using, then we should consider getting rid of leadership, which lead me to question the boots as well.

Another pair of boots to consider is WindShriek, help cap resists and extra curse.

+(10-15)% to all Elemental Resistances
25% increased Movement Speed
(10-20)% increased Elemental Damage
You can apply an additional Curse
60% increased Area of Effect of Hex Skills

I think I misunderstood this video on the boots which talked about them being "explody" boots

The end game in 3.17 was the best I have ever played in this game, so this tweet from Bex is certainly eye opening. I wonder how much more they can improve it? (Atlas tree masteries, Atlas tree cluster jewels...?)

We're one day away from the announcement of Path of Exile: Sentinel. We mentioned that this expansion contains endgame improvements and in fact, 40% of the livestream is dedicated to the endgame. Any guesses?

Ah I think it has the same "explody" effect as herald of ash, the explosion is just a visual effect of burning debuff being applied, not really a hit..
