Yes he sort of is, we all are. He is a customer wether he pays for packs or not. You wouldn't accept getting ignored by any other developer why would you accept it coming from GGG. Especially after such portion of community spoke up agains proposed changes. They do have the right to stand by their decision but "Community Manager" pouting and ignoring the playerbase is just unprofessional.

Nice. Im about to replace my 4 years old 'gaming laptop' and since I dont play any other games than PoE im about to get myself a lovely Macbook instead.

not the common client crash, that one was my favourite :-( now Im left only with uncommon crashes

don't expect major change. it is small improvement.
like they were also other small improvement in the past.
