Game Mechanics Q&A

Is loot drop chance a set percentage number pr mob?
Or is it calculated some other way?
"While stationary" and "while moving" mechanics confuse the hell outta me. So when i stop to cast something, im considered stationary? if i get hit while moving, but i get stunned, do i get effects while moving? is there a lead time where i have to stand still/keep moving before the effects will trigger?

You are bored for looking here.
I feel very unsatisfied with insights in minion mechanics. How much life do my minions have, do they have any charges, how does this or that body armour influence my animate guardian. It feels bad to be forced to use tools outside of the game to answer these things. Are you planning to include an additional sheet on characters offensive defensive etc to show these kind of mechanics and interactions that affect my minions?
What is the actual interaction of Lucky chests in Blighted maps,
Do the chest chosen to be Lucky get selected at the start of the map or when a lane completes?

Also Guild Hideouts when??,

How does Inquisitor's "Pious Path" node work with Keystone "Zealot's Oath"?
In terms of life/es regeneration
Why don't counter-attack skills work with Inquisitor Fanaticism?

When will we get the same QoL features that the Chinese version has? Can you confirm why they have them and we do not?

Loot pets, flask macro, auction house.

tbh, if anything of that will be in "our" poe ill quit. loot pets come one u play an ARPG ... pickin up loot is thats what this genre is about.

You're in a minority if you enjoy picking up 27 individual splinters after each breach.

You're probably also in the minority if you like having to cripple your hands with RSI inducing trauma to keep flasks up.

The auction house is a bit more devisive, and it shouldn't be called an auction house, it's a buy it now house. But I also believe most people would prefer the current trading to be replaced with buy it now function. To avoid the obligatory spamming of 57 people before someone responds, to avoid price fixers, and to remove scammers...

Does rarity / quanity do something in Heists ?
Why can't I build a snowman :(
Do you want to build a snowman?☃️
Keystone Passive "The Impaler" states:
"When your Hits Impale Enemies, also Impale other Enemies near them.
Inflict 4 additional Impales on Enemies you Impale.
For 4 seconds after you Impale Enemies, they cannot be Impaled again, and Impales cannot be Called from them."

Notable Passive "Harpooner" states:
"20% chance to Impale enemies on Hit with Two Handed Weapons.
20% increased Effect of Impales you inflict with Two Handed Weapons on Non-Impaled Enemies.
25% increase Impale Duration."

The question focuses on the following lines:
The Impaler:
"Inflict 4 additional Impales on Enemies you Impale."
Harpooner:
"20% increased Effect of Impales you inflict with Two Handed Weapons on Non-Impaled Enemies."

The combination of these two lines could be interpreted in 2 different ways when fighting a non-impaled enemy:
1. Your hit inflicts 5 impales on an enemy, with each impale having 20% increased effect.
2. Your hit inflicts 1 impale on an enemy, with 20% increased effect. Then, because the enemy is already impaled, the 4 additional impales from "Harpooner" do NOT receive the 20% increased effect.

----------------------------------------------------------------
Which of these possible interpretations is actually in the game?
----------------------------------------------------------------

If it's #1, then recommend rewording "The Impaler" to the following:
"When your Hits Impale Enemies, also Impale other Enemies near them.
Your Hits that Impale inflict 5 Impales instead of 1.
For 4 seconds after you Impale Enemies, they cannot be Impaled again, and Impales cannot be Called from them."

If it's #2, then recommend rewording "The Impaler" to the following:
"When your Hits Impale Enemies, also Impale other Enemies near them.
After Impaling Enemies, inflict 4 additional Impales on Enemies you just Impaled.
For 4 seconds after you Impale Enemies, they cannot be Impaled again, and Impales cannot be Called from them."
