Could go on, but you get the idea. Everyone should be able to partake of content regardless of how fast they can play through it. How fast should not matter.

That was never my point.

I merely pointed out he knew what was coming and chose poorly.
Cant really blame anyone else but himself.

Besides that the other point I made still stands.
Slow builds are objectively and measurably worse than faster ones. Its just common sense that a build able to clear 10x faster than another one is going to be more successful in any relevant metric.

Whether its good or ok to allow this disparity to begin with is an entirely different topic.

Yes, any build that allows you to clear content faster should make you wealthy faster. But having a slower build should not mean you cannot do or be rewarded for the content. A slower build that does "xyz" should get the same rewards as a faster build that does "xyz". Faster should just mean "xyz" is done more frequently. Hence, being faster will get you wealthy more quickly.

Yes obviously. And its an exponantial curve.
If I can make 10x more xp and currency than you can, then I will be able to tackle more difficult/rewarding content way earlier and way more often than you ever could. Resulting in me making 20x more than you do eventually.

I would only get faster by comparison or you slower - regardless at some point I´ll be able to do content you cant do. Even if we were playing the exact same amount of time.
You´d feel locked out, which you arent. You just have to play way more than I have to in order to get to the same point. And thats not even taking market saturation etc into account.

There is nothing GGG or any other company can do to make slower build competitive. They just arent by nature.
All GGG could try to do (emphasis on "try") is to close the gap. Thats all.
Meaning: If you opt into a slower build, you have to be aware that you are opting into an inferior playstyle in every relevant metric and cant blame anyone else but yourself.
Its not a game issue, this is a player issue.

If you want to be competitve - as in: I want to be able to the same stuff as faster builds can - than dont go for a slowpoke build.
There is really not much else to add.
