You should make a link that goes from Pathofexile.com/wiki to the new wiki (or host it there directly, like pathofexile.com/trade).
That would make it way easier for new people to search for it and know it's the real one. | |

In your quest to improve the integration of the wiki into your design, you could take an approach similar to what ArenaNet is doing with the Guild Wars 2 wiki. Using the in-game chat command /wiki followed by linking an item opens a browser tab of the linked item. By querying the internal item id, these wiki calls are usually faster than manually looking things up by name because it avoids lexical query dissemination. | |
