Not sure if it was coincidence but after reinstalling the game and rebooting the router it started to work.

exact same issues. Except I can exclude my PC trying to connect to a VPN that was offline (as a previous poster mentioned) as a possible reason.

I'm also having high latency issues.
Every 45-60 minutes, I'll get a 2-3 huge latency spikes that last 3-4 seconds. I ran a WinMTR trace while the latency spike happened and I didn't drop any packets to pathofexile.com. This issue has been happening for the past 4-5 weeks. | |

getting spikes for 200-300ms every few seconds and large spikes sometimes for 100000ms and disconnections etc. can't play a single map. stuck on act 4. Never had this problem before its awful
