Game periodically stops responding to input for seconds or minutes

having the same issue but it goes up to 5 minutes at a time, sometimes longer

Happening to me as well. Started a few days before league launched - may have started before but hadn't been playing recently. Game will just lag spike out of nowhere; nothing crazy can be happening and it will still happen. Inputs during the freeze all happen at once when the spike ends.
