Improvements to Item Drops

GGG I think you have made a mistake with this. People are really upset because you've made something we all love and they don't want to lose it. Before, many of us felt that, even though we aren't devs working for you, we are working together to build a better PoE every league. We cannot see your vision for the future of the game, so we rely on the trust you have earned from us over the years. Though some changes are made that we don't like, we concede that we don't know the future of the game as well as you do since we are not privy to a lot of internal information. This is something else though. The trailers, manifesto, etc look to be intentionally misleading. The league itself is also lacking in other things that people have mentioned but also content. It's basically just making a map but without the benefit of the atlas passives or atlas progression. Kalandra herself may as well be a random harpy she is so uninvolved. I don't want to say too much since the patch notes should have the real numbers, but I hope that they are closer to what they were because if they aren't this looks to potentially be brand-damaging in a way that even 3.15 wasn't.

You may consider making some sort of larger gesture after making the changes that a large portion of your player base are hoping for.

"Boring" is very subjective. Diablo is not slow. Grim Dawn is the closest example of an ARPG that has a semi-slow and methodical approach to a lot of encounters.
But regardless of whether or not you like slower and more methodical gameplay, the way GGG is currently trying to reduce the speed is not working in the game's favor. I prefer slower and methodical gameplay and I'm still entirely against what they've done to "achieve" that.


Well like i say on market is enough slow games. Diablo was not slow few seasons ago when inia monks feels like old autobomber from poe but with slow move speed, in diablo i feel like i have something close to 50-80 ms from poe. Grim dawn at least single player game and i can mod it to have speed like in poe, and still i dont like it any ways.

Slow for me is everything if it at least not have 150 ms from poe and massive explosions. I know not every one will like it, but why i forced to play slow? Like i say on market is enough slow games, poe was only one that can be fast if u spend enough time to make your build strong. I dont see any reasons why GGG wants to take it away.

And ye, i dont like the ways GGG want to make us slower too, but i will not like any methods to make me slower, because i want fast gameplay. I play last epoch for some time now and i see how slow gameplay can be fun. What we have in poe to slow us down? Make game horrible, with no loot or crafts to make us suffer with every rare on map, because we cant build damage, tons of slow fields, slow auras and other crap, i was surprised when i see rework of trickster he actually has immunity for some of this cancer, but after i see how they deleted any ways to progress your builds except cursed heist and c-recipe i se why they are not scared to make this rework for tricky.

The game is going to be bad for as long as Archnemesis remains in the game.
Ascension tied to Lab is the worst thing GGG has done...apart from GGG's philosophy on Trading. Oh and Gambling Loot boxes. And selling out to tencent.

I used to love GGG. I supported to ensure GGG remained independent, now I just wish I could get my money back. -_-

Then tell people they are testing something, don't leave historic changes out of patch notes because it will kill the hype around a new league. Pulling a bait and switch is so much worse. Not to mention the whole "Get your MF characters ready" comment when MF is completely dead this patch, you're better off running either blue maps or chest-based leagues like heist, delve, and expedition which weren't nerfed.

29% buff on the <10% that is left after the massive nerfs? What a joke.

No word on actually fixing the problems with Archnemesis, just gutting all the mechanics we like of rewards and shoving them some of them back into the one we don't.

If you think people are complaining for no reason, you haven't been reading their feedback. It's been loud and clear.


Get someone from marketing to tell you why this was not in patch notes.
Judging on the way the last manifesto was received, I would also be hesitant to communicate something that is poorly understood in general.

If more people spent time playing the game, than propagating hate on the internet just because some streamer is not getting 2000c profit per map, things would have been much better.

I had absolutely no problem in terms of difficulty and drops, which is visible from my profile.

Yes, mobs are harder. Yes Drop is less. Can we adapt to it? Yes.
