It is the result of [Removed by Support] where everything is the result of uncontrolled RNG. Instead of checking for OP mods when rares, archnemesis, and items are generated devs use RNG only algorithm. POE does not use smart RNG.

This nerf means nothing for players. mob stacks are still strong and the loot is still suck. thank you GGG
