What Happened with Items

Hey Chris, I understand where you and the dev team are coming from. However this league has felt incredibly unrewarding compared to previous ones. I think a reasonable fix would be for lower rarity archnemisis mods to have guaranteed drops as well especially currency drops. This could help flatten progression especially early on and helpo players reach the actually rewarding content.


Further it was mentioned that drop rates for things like harvest were balanced around specing into harvest nodes. Why was this the case? Shouldn't the game be balanced around the baseline with more power going to those who spec into the individual mechanics like those of us who are specing into expedition and ritual? Clearing an individual harvest with no spec should at least let us do a couple small crafts and higher investment should result in the ability to do a medium or two.

Finally this league comes on the back of multiple patches of nerfs to the only builds that could have handled the increased difficulty of Archnemesis rares. Why does GGG nerf builds from so many directions while simultaneously increasing the difficulty of the game. This league has horrible build diversity and it is not because some builds are too powerful. Its because most builds are horribly weak. Could we get a few patches that concentrate on buffing underperforming builds instead of hammering down the only ones that can handle farming? I think the game would be in a much better place if we could league start a wider variety to fuel our latter builds.

How far have you actually gotten in mapping? It sounds like divine orbs should be fairly rare.

Very cool to see how it all went down even if I've been enjoying myself and haven't felt much difference in item quant and rarity, now i know its cuz i play solo and that pretty much didnt change at all. Definetly should have had more testing and the archnemesis mods needing feedback for tuning should have been stated somewhere before release like a post about "hey we're tuning these still and we're not positive they are in the right spot, we'll come back in a few days after some feedback and evaluate" people still would have been upset and called for all of archnemesis to be deleted but it wouldve gotten more legitimate feedback posted i think.

I dont even have words to describe my feelings right now. You won GGG, i'm out.

And remeber, this all started because you insist with AN mods when most of us didnt like it.

its barley less currency that any other league. It's just the league mechanic kinda sucks and takes too long to get going. It's not like you could sustain a bunch of bubblegum currency without the use of sentinels and just mapping normally

The Lake itself was also relatively unrewarding on release and this has since been massively increased since then.


Did 2 in a row. Took me about 15 mins i think. The best drop i had was 2c.
I have been enjoying the league so far and though the many changes have helped, we need at least need reforge keep prefix and suffix ASAP to keep the game playable as crafting using our drops is just as important as dropping them.
I don't give a hell about droprates. But please how to clear the atlas when my minion keep dying. Necromancer keystone should be good, maybe like minion take 60% damage reduction from rare mosnter.
