It's either the NTT servers by themselves (no matter time of day) or they get overloaded in prime hours. Havent checked this in the morning yet, only evenings. But yeah, they are definitely the culprit in my case. Good to see someone else can confirm the same scenario (just different server location).
edit: Just did check on the very same hops this morning (9 am) and indeed there is NO packet loss. So clearly the NTT servers cannot handle the strain.

It's unlikely both their Frankfurt AND Toronto servers are technically screwed so that rather points at overload.
If only there was a way you could force the internet routing to go via different hops. I mean, exclude specifially these servers, not just using VPN and hoping for the best. But right now the only way is pray to RNGesus that your instance does not run through those pieces of crap :(

checked again this evening and all is running fine for me. first time since i've started this league. guess what? no ntt servers shown in WinMTR...

Same here, I would play the first time since a long time and I was shocked for the laggs!!!! I invenst near 2 hours to troubleshoot the problem before I came her to the Thread. Pls fix the Connections. So I cant play

Ive been playing the league for a bit now and all the sudden i'm having the lag issue. Im a old player and this has never happened to me before. I can not play the game this way help me please. My internet is fine and im running cable not wifi.

Yes, lags are back as soon as those ntt servers are in the game.
Worked fine during the day (europe) with no ntt servers in the route. In the evening lags are back and ntt servers are back too.
So, each time i logout directly after starting the game if ntt servers are shown by WinMTR as lags are guaranteed if they are in the game. I wonder if those clumpsy servers can't be blocked, blacklisted or the like.

I'm also getting the same lag spikes now, using the California gateway.
