Lag spikes since 3.20

I am Canada
Every single evening since the league started, at around 8-9 pm, all the servers on the East Coast start to lag. Canada (montreal), Washington and Texas all start to get lag spikes. They aren't that massive, but its enough to make the game freeze every 5 secondes. Only way to play is to use California. Ping is way higher (100ms vs 12) but at least it's constant. |

Same problem like everyone else here. Lag spikes in between 50ms to like 500ms. But my internet is max 50ms (its not my internet problem..). Im from Czech and i tryied Amsterdam, Frankfurt and London servers. Every of them feels similar. Please help. i have this problem on standard and league.

I have latency issues for a week too. Only in poe. every other game is running fine. its frustrating. thx

same for me, EU central. Amsterdam, Frankfurt, even Milan. every. single. evening huge lag spikes. 3.19 no problem. every other game no problem.

I took a break for 3 leagues now, but this lag spikes are still here after first week of a new league. I BET my soul that GGG always pays the 1st week for good routing and then no more. They say its an ISP problem? Yes and no. ISP have agreements with other ISP, and some of there connections/peerings are the bottlenecks that let you lag. Transit is also possible problem, that if you server and host need a 3rd party ISP to exchange their data. Other games or streams, other routings. Most of them pay the ISP for a stable and fast connection to their servers. Want a solution? Pay extra for a VPN to get better routing, it works. Most VPNs you can try for free. " Maybe thats true. They already enabled VIPs to skip queue once. Does both of you live in the same city? And did you play grouped with your friend? Or does both of you play solo? Guess solo. Technically they can give him "better" server IPs (sidenote: also think HC Servers have this "better" servers). If so, invite him to an instance (Map) you are having lags, he should have same issues.
