Guys, contact your internet service providers and send them your WinMTR reports.
They'll help you figure it out. It isn't a GGG issue. |

" I could prove you thats not the case... got the same problems tried to fix it at my end contactet my provider and and and... now i realized for me in the morning (EU) its better and in the afternoon its like OMG i can*t handle it... |

" There's a lot ppl having lag spike and u said is not GGG's problem!? so u think they dont play other games/watching Youtube? Oh btw i just got a new issue, in my hideout is like ~30ms once i enter a map, the loading screen just never end or if i got into the map, the latency just keep raising to like 100K+ |

" https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1377789 It isn't a GGG issue. Just follow the guide and get it fixed. Contact your ISP once you have a proper WinMTR report :) |

Does someone have a good explanation which of these nodes belong to me, my ISP and PoE? I assume the ae's are my ISP, but that's just an educated guess?! |

" It clearly is a GGG issue when a part of their playerbase cant play the game. And the problem is ONLY for poe, i can play every other multiplayer game without a single lagspike. So how is this not a GGG problem? Also their page is down for multiple time last days, something is clearly wrong on their end. When i contact my internet provider they will say they can not help me and everything is fine. And even if i would get some kind of report, what would it change? I cant do anything to fix it. It has to be done by GGG (like some seasons ago when this problem was present too). |

" That's easy. Different servers for different games are located in different areas. Your traffic is NOT going to take the same route through the same nodes or hosting providers that any other game, app, or whatever is going to take. You CAN NOT compare one to another. Period. Also, different games' netcode is different. Again, you can't compare one to another. POE has NEVER handled any sort or latency/packet loss well at all because of the way it's designed. So far, the Universe is winning." "Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries!" Last edited by Aragorn14#7418 on Dec 23, 2022, 12:55:33 PM
