Do not use awakened poe trade

My main account got banned because of awakened poe trade, funny thing about is that a bunch of poe content creators recommend it to the community, xD. Do not use it, unless you want to be banned.

I wish but sadly they don't ban for most things against their ToS. If you were banned it was because of for see, for try, and for know.

Sounds like the classical case of, something along the lines of, 'So, I've made a script that uses awakened PoE trade to make me an updated spreadsheet of all prices I care about, sending a hundred requests to trade every few seconds'... gets banned.... 'I got banned for using awakened poe trade'

No, it didn't. Most people in T16s including streamers would've been banned mulitple leagues ago.

the latest version released at the start of the league has over 670k downloads, OP is one hell of an unlucky guy to be banned for using it when everyone else seems to be just fine

I believe using awakened trade is a grey area. I once asked GGG about it and they advised they are against using any programs that interact with the game client to provide an advantage over other players, as this may result in permaban. They were unable to guarantee if a tool is allowed or would remain allowed in the future and advised that if it is unsure if a tool falls within these guidelines, it is best to refrain from such tools.

Just reading this, it would mean that it is not allowed because it does give an advantage over players not using it. On the other side, a lot of players are using it including streamers.

However, I do not want to risk my account with the money I spend on it so I prefer to stay away from tools like this and just continue to get frustrated every time I want to look up a items worth...
