Game almost constantly crashes on high end pc that handles/can stream all other games

I too am experiencing crashes with the game now, which have resulted in losing two hardcore chars over these past two weeks. Game crashes, but the chars sit in the instance four 15-30 secs doing nothing. Steam does show my char still in game even though I don't have a process open for it. Not something I've experienced in the past couple years on this same device, until past couple of weeks.

i9-12900HK
Geforce RTX 3050
64GB RAM

I'm not experiencing issues with any other game I play, but they're probably not as resource intensive as this game. Error log shows LiveKernelEvent code 141 before the game crashes. Maybe time for a new device? hahaha... T_T

Not seeing anything in the error logs to help troubleshoot this. The error log doesn't even detect a crash. The game crashes periodically, most of the time when in town, or joining specific peoples' HO.

The crash can be reproduced reliably when loading a second instance of POE.

It is effectively unplayable on the 4090.
