And they need to put a lot more care in "community designed items", specially submisions of those streamers or korean level ultratoppro's interesed only in even more bang bang.

When 50% of endgame players use the same belt or the same shield (BiS in ANY build), its a sign that something has been done wrong.

Remember when all uniques have a (build defining) upside and a downside to encourage players to use rares in general instead?
