Are all MTX exclusive to each game? I remember reading somewhere that stash tab amounts you purchased in PoE1 will carry over to PoE2? Will I have to rebuy stash tabs for PoE2?

Support is probably up there with the worst I've seen, Their communication with their player base is virtually non existent on a range of issues.
