I don't see this change anywhere in Patchnotes.. Poe2db.tw tree is just bugged.
I'm more concerned about the fact that Eye of Winter no longer inflicts Critical Weakness.
I got the idea about every single crit build using it for just debuff, but this is painful af.
I was thinking about Omen sceptre being replaceable by purity ones for getting easy res, but no more.
...
Getting to the powercreep of the medium-budget build of 0.1 is our end-game goal now, I guess.

Level 24 Frost Wall has 15.4k life, with Ice Wall passive that grant 200% inc life for crystals, it become around 46k life, so that support give 23% damage as extra cold damage per destroyed crystal. Plus there's Glacier Support that grant 100% more life for Ice Crystals, but it might be too much to be able to destroy them in one cast.
If it doesn't stack, its very weak support, especially if not using 200% life passive.
If it does stack, it might have no limit, otherwise it would (should) be stated, so Frost Wall with Spell Cascade spawn 30 something Ice Crystals, which potentially can give 690% extra cold damage per Frost Wall cast, which seems totally OP.
If it stack, it will likely worth going unleash Comet instead of CoC.
Plus Chrono got new ascendancy that grant Unleash

Double unleash would be interesting, but cooldown might be too big to make it worth using if it works

Alright, so. I probably will play for 1-2 hours per day too. Few tips:
1. Follow leveling guide - https://maxroll.gg/poe2/planner/an1bc0nm
General approach is the same - efficiency in passive tree and depending on Freezing Shards before Frost Wall.
2. Check prices for the Crest of Ardura and get it if you can. Lvl 28 is perfect, will carry for the most of the campaign. It becomes more desirable with the increase of CD of Frost Wall. Absolutely worth an exalt or two.
3. Frost Wall + Frost Bomb are our second best friends after Gelid Staves.
4. I'm not sure about Doedre gloves. If they are cheap - go for them. Wall+Bomb don't need much cast speed. However, you have to drop Freezing Shards if you go for Doedre Gloves. They become unusable.
5. You might want some cold penetration for bosses.
6. If possible, get the Frost Wall before Act 2 boss. Either trade or the final location spam before the boss, be sure to open everything that can be opened. FW will crush him. Well, you'll get it in the 1st location of the act 3 anyway.
7. Act 1 gem priority - Frost Bomb (active) > Arcane Tempo (Support) for Freezing Shards (and Controlled Destruction later) > Ice Nova (active) + Unleash (Support) > Flame Wall > Magnified (support) for Frost Bomb.
In the guide I preferred Ice Nova over Frost Bomb, but that was for the twink. On a naked toon Bomb is better to get 1st.
8. If you'll see really good Gelid Staff (i.e. with +2 to cold spells) - farm for it before progressing farther. Be aware of shop resets. Same goes for wands.
Honestly, it's better to spend time to get a good item that can drastically improve you experience than rushing the content with bad gear.
9. The best stat for weapons in acts: +x to cold spells. +2 to Cold is better than +1 with 50% Increased spell damage.
10. Don't go for Trial of Chaos right after you get it. Fr. lvl 52-53 is ok. But beat the Sekhema trial asap. We need Now and Again.
Sorceress is very gear-depended to start.
oh, yeah. I was going to come and add some thoughts on early leveling.
We have not seen damage changes to skillgems, so that might be very important. But generally early game leveling should not have changed much.
flamewall/SRS. SRS did also get nerfed. 2 skulls instead of 5. now, its unclear if that is just a raw nerf. or, if skull's damage were increased in relation.
ES. No real changes in notes to ES directly. ES passive, gear, etc should all be the same. CI. the same. The nerfs were to EB, and those OP items that gave ES via life, mana, etc.
Disciple scepters will even give ES to YOU now.
So I would probably recommend gearing for ES while leveling.
Curse/aura effect is more of an end game, 100% slow nerf. not a nerf to it being used in normal play. so, for the most part, temp chains/blasp, curse effect, etc are going to be the same. as well as zone of control.
presance nerf. not that big of a deal really.
Frost bombs AoE increase is a big buff. if you remember I kept talking about how important its AOE size was for reducing the importance of its CD. if you need to cast FB 3 times to screen clear, then its cd is a major obstacle. if you only need to cast it once, to screen clear, its CD is not as big of an obstacle.
This also applies to cold snap.

was that ice crystal life now? they did say the lifescaling at 20+ was getting reduced as well.

I dont think unleash+comet would replace, CoC. "why not both"
time stop, frost wall, unleash+comet, to proc more comets.
timestop, unleash, apex. skip the CDR line in the ascendancy.
what order.. either apex first, or, outright wait till you get comet, to do first ascend. or respect when you get comet, to unleash.

Ye it was reduced, in 0.2.0 at level 25 it has ~16.2k life, currently in game it has 22k life.
Unbending might be good, but not worth using on Comet over some damage support.
Alteast on poe2db Frost Wall doesn't have that tag.
Frost Wall would be good with that support if not cooldown, like as main clearing skill.
