PoeUncrasher by Kapps is working great actually TY kapps!!

anyone who is complaining here without trying this is just a troll and doesn't deserve any further help.

what about the people who still crash using this tool?
Real shame this hasn’t been acknowledged or fixed. I’ve left a negative steam review after trying to get 4 refunds that were denied. Worst launch of any video game I’ve ever seen and biggest waste of money. Saddest part is is the game is actually good and when it fixed I will submit my soul to the grind.

I’m trying to find the logic behind the lack of communication:

1) they truly don’t know what’s causing the crash and don’t want to speak on it until the bug is identified and the data has been analyzed.

2) they know what’s causing the crash and it is a complex issue in the code and is taking longer than expected to fix or they simply dont know how to fix it

3) they know what’s causing the crash but it requires support from other companies (Microsoft, Intel, AMD, nvidia)

4) they know what’s causing the crash but are worried by acknowledging it publicly will be off putting for potential buyers, especially during the holiday season

Regardless of the situation, it is disgusting that they can’t even say something like “Hey guys. We’re aware of the crashing issue requiring a full pc reset and will keep you posted on our progress here” - just anything would be better than nothing. I’ve said it in prior posts that this is behavior I’d expect from an Activision, Bungie, Ubisoft, or like blizzard. But honestly while those companies are greedy and their games are littered with MTX, at least they promptly fix or acknowledge when something is game breaking. The whole situation has rubbed me in such a poor way that despite the game being good I just don’t even wanna support it. Really kinda just wanna get my $30 worth and move on
Disabled Engine Multithreading and nothing will freeze.... Its an old game engine that is slapped with new tech, sad that it can function properly only on 1 core
hoj :)
I could only imagine the public discourse if this was Diablo 4.
Another day of silence from GGG.

Furthermore, I ask anyone who sees this message to please give a negative review for Path of Exile 2 on Steam.

Same issue here,

Spent hours trying everything i could find on internet to play this game, nothing works.

I will not downgrade my windows just to play this.

Now i can't even log on my char, the pc crashs on the loading screen.

I'll wait they fix this to come back, to much money invested on a pc to risk it on constant hard resets.

I've been trying to tell everyone about this fix but no one is seeeing it, put the game in real time priority either in task manager or process lasso, it will eliminate all the freezes/crashes

please don't use realtime priority.

In another thread you complained about me linking the 2009 deocumentation about real-time and here you're posting a 2010 blog article that clearly states what everyone tells you in the other thread. Please stop posting. Oh, imma call you bozo too. lmao.

This isn't a game launch though. It's an Early Access Launch.

Bugs and crashes are expected. You agree to that when you buy the game in this state.

I think a lot of people are forgetting that.

It WOULD be nice if GGG prioritized fixing it, but this is part of it being an in progress game.

We are in a paid alpha/beta.

Windows 11 (Steam), AMD 5800X3D, RTX 4070 Ti Super 16GB, 32BG DDR4 3200, Samsung 980 Pro SSD

They already are working on it, as you can see that issue is in their priority. But fixing hardware-related (or ring 0 in general) stuff is way more complex than just fixing something isolated. As you I am expecting some communication from them, just to keep low degree with their community. Do you want to laugh? Look at this.

Improving Communication: The Development Manifesto (Please Read First!)

At Grinding Gear Games, we've always treated communication with the community as a priority.

Gave my first negative review for this game even tho I really like what I have played so far, it just really sucks to not be able to play the game I was really exited for especially when the issue has been ignored for just over 3 weeks. my excitement to play it is slowly fading and I just hope this is fixed while I still have the desire to play it.

I also refuse to download 3rd party software on my computer just to be able to play the game, its not on the player to make a game playable it should be done by the people who put the product out there to make sure it actually works.
