Added a new client command line option which sends us additional debug information (API markers, NVIDIA Nsight Aftermath, and DRED) from DirectX 12 client crashes. If you're experiencing a large number of crashes and using DirectX 12, then temporarily enabling this will assist us in identifying the cause. This can be enabled by adding "--ex-crash-report" to your Path of Exile 2 command line arguments/launch options.

does the.exe sending last crash report too? cause i had hard crash early EA and now using poeuncrasher(could be nice to if you can get logs hen poeuncrashe uninstable) or integrated poeuncrasher in your code with a launch option too
I got crashes using vulcan also, not sure if dx12 gives more crashes or not but yea I switched to vulcan after many crashes during loading times, would be nice if there was a option for users playing the game with vulcan option instead of dx12

I have about 130 hours in the game and so far I have had crashes where the game just freezes and closes but those were may be once every couple of days. Since two or three days ago the game crashes every 5-10 min. At the moment of the crash my CPU is at about 45% and GPU at around 60%. I have tried a lot of fixes that are out there but nothing has worked so far.
I haven't tried the Uncrasher app but I think I will just go back to PoE 1 until this is fixed.
PoE 1 suffers from the exact same problem. This problem has been happening ever since 24H2.

The new driver will be released on Jan 30th along with DLSS 4 for all RTX cards. I doubt it will change anything. The problem is CPU related.

I have been PLAGUED with crashes since launch, but since the latest patch (23 Jan) I haven't had any crashes. Maybe it's luck, maybe it's because I have crash reporting turned on. I also have tried both dx12 and Vulcan about 8 hours each, with zero crashes.
So I'm hopeful, but I am not sure what fixed it.

I've had a lot of luck with POE uncrasher but I did have a couple of crashes, thankfully only 1 or two had to be a hard restart. It's nice when I can just close poe2 with task manager.
