Hard crashing PC locks up

Have someone tested different render engines? Someone comment that Vulkan fix their issue? I have only run dx12. It does not happens every time but I think get regular crashes. I will try to test later when I get a change to play the game.
I have latest Win11, latest drivers and bios for my motherboard. Specs :
AMD Ryzen 7 9700X, RTX 2070 super.

I have tried everything in this thread other than disabling cores for poe and nothing has fixed the issue so far.

Caches cleared etc.

Same issue here. Hard locks pc unless I limit the core usage in the affinity. The game still crashes but I can at least end the task without a hard reset.

7800X3D - No overclock
32GB Memory - CL36/6000
4080 Super - 3440x1440 resolution

Thanks man, I see a lot more of AMD processors and Intel. But I see some Intel processors on this thread. I hope the fix this soon GGG you will have to grind to fix this please. I know its early access but hard crash to reset PC and 100% load on CPU is a bit dangerous to the consumer.

I've experienced this 3 times over the weekend so far.

I have an important question? Do you have Steam version of a game? It has exe names same as poe1 (you don't plan to play first anyway, right?). If so, remove every exe from poe1 profile in nvidia inspector (github) and add them into poe2 profile.

I have no crashes since then. Odd, cause it feels like cpu issue, but who knows.

UPDATE: nevermid. Stil freezes

Same issue, meaning infinite loading screen loading or hard crash.

Same issue CPU usage goes really high, only thing helps is disabling Engine Multithreading, but then fps is about 10-30fps and pretty much unplayble.

Windows Update 23H2

Is anyone here on windows 10 and crashing? x3d chips and windows 10. I'm really about to just format my drive and start over. I want to play the game and if its really windows 11 fault then screw it ill buy a w10 key. I just dont want to go backwards if its still going to afflict my hardware.

add me to the list. Tried DX11 (yikes!), tried Vulkan (better, but still hard crashes), tried reverting back to 23H2 (seemed better, but then I had a hard crash again).

Today I tried to set my CPU max in advanced power settings to 90%, and that appears to have caused the game to crash at the end of A1 boss...but not a hard crash for my PC so success??

I'm now trying to see if restoring power settings to normal and using process lasso to reduce cores from 6 to 3 when CPU hits 95% will work.

I'm not that familiar w/ GGG and understand this is EA, but wild to me that this is like 56 pages of this issue and no response.
