Then it should have been free. If you pay for something, you have a right as a customer to expect certain things from the vendor, basic stability being one of them.

Yep you pay at least make it work ... i am ok with bugs. We all know what EA is.

Oh yeah I think we all signed up for crashes to desktop, instance crashes, bugs, even the dupes can be waved away as just EA.
The hard pc crashes is quite a bit further than that tho. GGG needs to make fixing this, and adding 2fa for all the hacked accounts fwiw, as top priorities.

Absolutely! After all, that is kind of what EA's are for, to stress test the product by a large-scale group and to catch all the software mistakes that might and will occur.
But forcing the computer to be hard reset straight up crosses the line imo.

I also just built a new PC and put windows 10 on it and didn't update to the 22h4 and my game doesn't freeze. Sucks to have to use old versions of windows but it does work on two of my PCs
I've been playing since early access and have run up to over 150 hours on Windows 10 Pro 22H2. However, about a week ago, I started experiencing freezes and crashes without any apparent reason. It seems that the version of Windows isn't the root cause of the problem.

The problem is windows new version and NVIDIA drivers.
Even guy from nvidia said on reddit this should be fixed 6.1.2025+ with new version of drivers.
