No it isn't. Read the thread/s.

limiting FPS to max monitor refresh rate (175) and disabling nvidia reflex only for poe2 from the NVidia app worked for me, no more hard freeze when transitioning zones, requiring a hard boot.
Also CPU (CPU 5800 X3D) runs 10° cooler.

32GB RAM
RTX 4090 Founders
2TB Crucial NVMe

EDIT: nm, just hard crashed again after 10 hours of play (non continuous), so wating on a fix from GGG...

but the problem is: it's hard to measure success with one or two sessions, how long did you play with not crashes after making these changes?

When disabling CPU 0 and CPU 1 whole machine wont freeze, but here you can see what happens in Loading Screen. All CPUs will be 100% and if I hadnt cpu 0 and 1 disabled from affinity my whole machine would freeze.

And one more thing. This freeze took like 30 seconds and I went to desktop after that loading screen was completed and I could play normally.

Jan 6th, and still no communication on this topic. Really disappointed in GGG.

Maybe by late July we have a fix, be positive guys.

I asked Steam for a refund and got denied. I have 17 hours in game, (i think 12 hours I left the game open) the rest was just 4-5 hours of crashing so frustrating.
