Hello everyone,

Umm I've read a lot, but also have freezing stuff and only hard reset help me, but I'm not sure that it's related to windows problem 23H2 give the same result and when I'm playing dota 2 I've the same stuff, I guess for my reason it's can be related when I start using discrete card, in my case it's i7 13700h, with a370m Arc on board. Just curious someone tried in win 10, how it is?

yeah, lowering the maximum processor state was stable for 3 days and crashes returned =(

should I really run it in linux not to crash...
Personally i don't need to see anymore to know this game/company is not for me.

Background: The two main threads on this topic began at 1am and 2am on Dec 7th and together have over 7,340 posts and 750,000 views. This is BY FAR the most discussed issue on the forums, gathering more views than the official pinned 'known issues' thread.

Thousands of posts from paying customers using thousands of setups with POE2 being the common factor, and over a month later the single acknowledgment from GGG is one line blaming microsoft that was deliberately buried alongside trivial problems such as "Kopec boss checkpoint sometimes doesn't work".

At this point the lack of communication from GGG actually communicates a great deal:

1. They have decided that discussing and officially highlighting the problem will do more financial damage than ignoring it because
2. They don't know how to quickly fix it because
3. They're technically incompetent having chosen to allocate resources elsewhere

Perhaps one day this problem will rise to the threshold at which they consider fixing it, but their actions so far are enough for me to blow my whistle and run before getting bent over any further.

The apologists patrolling these threads like GGG's night's watch will object, but we all know if this were happening with any other ARPG those same individuals would be VERY vocal of such failures.

Also if you're still reading, any content creator who has chosen not to cover this issue is effectively on GGG payroll. Treat them and their content accordingly.

Well said. Amen.
Looks like this issue is still ongoing with version 0.1.0f Hotfix 3.

My PC just completely froze during a load screen.
Still plagued by this issue as well. Sometimes it will work for hours. But most of the time it will crash A LOT. At moment of writing I've been trying to get the game to start at all for 15 minutes and it just crashes every. damn. time. Other times it will just crash when loading instances, but other times it will simply crash to desktop in the middle of a map without any message at all. Just, POOF. FU.

Blaming this on anyone or anything else is not gonna cut it. You have a service to provide and you are NOT providing it. If any percentage of customers can't use your product reliably, that is an issue that needs addressing through any means. Make a statement, issue voluntary refunds, make apologies, whatever. Radio silence is the equivalent of a middle finger at this point. Imagine what would happen if a car company sells a new model car and oh shit, 5% of the cars have a serious defect that makes the car come to a standstill at random. The company stays silent about this for a month. This would be outrageous. What makes you think it's okay to stay silent about this?

I assume it is not that easy to fix, but any sort of communication on the issue is absolutely in order at the moment. It's been OVER A MONTH. Don't leave your customers in the rain like this. It's a bad show.
I've just retired the game as I don't really want to be messing my computer up every time I load into town. Posted a negative steam review, feel free to do the same.

I notice that the rating has gone from "very positive" to "mostly positive". Make a difference.
It seems to be a little better after the patch. I played for a few hours, but just hard locked on a loading screen again.
