I get the same problem, after it crashes and I reset the pc, next time i load the FPS is at 25 instead of 60+, unplayable

vulkan works a lot better for me in terms of loading screen freeze but the overall performance is worse than directx
|

Is the problem fixed with the new patch or not?

Would love to know if this is being improved on or not. I'm not continuing to risk my hardware or sanity at this point but would love an update on how this is coming.
